Young Tea has taken top honors in the 2013 Scion Tuner Challenge, awarded today at the SEMA Show with his Simpli-tC creation.
Coming in second place was Walter Franco’s L-DZ concept while surprisingly, Josh Croll’s “wrong-side drive” tC came in third. Perhaps Tea proved that less is more at this year’s Scion Tuner Challenge, building the ultimate street ride out of the 2014 Scion tC.
This year, the Scion Tuner Challenge also introduced the fans’ choice, where the fans got to choose their favorite. Franco took home the bragging rights for that prize, also netting himself a nice check for $2,000.
